Callbox Inc. (Iloilo) offers scholarship grants to deserving High School 2012 graduates



Callbox Inc. (Iloilo) offers scholarship grants to deserving High School 2012 graduates to undertake a free training on Information Technology. The purpose of this scholarship is to provide quality theoretical and practical training to high school graduates who excel in computer subjects but cannot pursue a computer course in college due to financial constraints. Specific objectives:
• To enhance student’s skills in computer and information technology
• To help lessen the number of out of school youth
• To encourage students to continue schooling after graduation in High School
• To further develop quality training in information technology

Scholarship Grants will include:
• Free tuition during the course of the training
• Transportation Allowance
• Free Lunch

To qualify, candidate must:
• Be a High School graduate of 2012 (Preferably from government High school)
• Have advance knowledge in computer operation and programs
• Be interested in learning information technology specifically in programming

Documents to be submitted:
• High School Diploma or Certificate of Graduation
• Biodata/Resume
• Copy of Grades
• Written Recommendation from candidate’s former High School computer teacher noted by the Principal

Procedure:
• Candidate must first secure the required recommendation from High School where he/she graduated.
• Submit duly accomplished biodata/resume together with the letter of endorsement personally to Callbox, Inc., 2nd Floor Avescor Bldg., M.H. del Pilar St., Molo, Iloilo City not later than May 15, 2012.
• Upon submission, a CallBox Human Resource Officer will assess the application and interview the candidate.
• Candidate will be duly notified of the schedule of the qualifying examination.
• Results will be posted on bulletin board at Callbox office on or before June 1, 2012.
