Starmobile Play: Specs, Price and Availability in the Philippines
Starmobile has just announced on their Facebook page that the Starmobile Play, a new budget-friendly dual-SIM Android Jelly Bean smartphone with super loud speakers. The Starmobile Play is available in all Starmobile kiosks and stores nationwide for Php2,999 (SRP). More about the Starmobile Play after the jump.
The Starmobile Play sports a 4-inch WVGA capacitive display with 233ppi, a 1.2GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6572 processor, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage and 2,000mAh battery which gives it enough power to breeze through multiple applications with ease.
The phone also runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and supports Over-The-Air (OTA) software updates, a feature which allows users to update their phones to the latest version of Android via Wi-Fi and without the need for a PC.
