Underscoring its commitment to creating a better, easier, and more accessible user experience for mobile printing, Epson recently announced it has launched its first Mopria-certified printers for home and business.

The need for mobile printing is increasing in tandem with the growing ownership of smartphones and tablets that is expected to reach 5.1 billion worldwide by 2018. Epson's mobile print efforts are designed to embrace both the rapidly evolving demands of mobile customers and the diversity of multiple operating systems. One key initiative is Epson's commitment to the Mopria Alliance's mission for intuitive mobile printing. Mopria members are advancing mobile print standards that allow business and home users to print regardless of brand, device or operating system.

Epson Mopria-certified printers work with the Mopria Print Service New window and the built-in Printing Framework in Android 4.4 or later (KitKat). After ensuring the printer has the latest version of firmware installed, Android 4.4 users can print from Google apps such as Chrome, Gmail, Drive and QuickOffice, as well as the Adobe Reader and Kingsoft WPS Office App. With Android projected to account for 74 percent of global smartphones and tablets sold in 2014, Epson is actively enabling intuitive printing for an unprecedented number of new Android users.

"With global tablet and smartphone sales more than five times greater than desktop sales and two of five employees using smartphones on the job, the need for intuitive mobile printing options and support is apparent," said Ian Cameron, responsible for global communications at Epson. "Epson is proud to actively support an industry-wide movement to streamline mobile printing ease-of-use and accessibility."

compare sa previous phone ko na galaxy v, d best to'ng unit nato.. overall quality is perfect.. d only thing that i dont want is d boot logo.. super pangit.. hahaha.. but im planing to root this phone para machange ko ang boot logo.. tapos, mahina ang flash nya but ang quality nang camera output, SUPERB except for the front camera.. isa pa, ok na din ang battery life, nag last sya for at least 1.5 day if normal usage with wifi.. bt for gaming, wag na kayu umasa.. lahat nag android, d mag last even just for one day if gaming parati... walang hang.. expected na kc 1gb ram plus quadcore..design is so amazingy.. metallic ang sides nya at hindi plastic..rate ko 98% satisfied.. from design down to performance.. boot screen lang talaga ang pangit.. hahahaha..magaan din sya at tapod, actually i tried to bend it a little but walang creaks nor display distortion.. ask lang kayu if may concern
