ViewSonic Launches the PJD6352LS Advanced Short-throw LightStream Projectors

ViewSonic PJD6352LS Advanced Short-throw LightStream Projectors

ViewSonic expands the exciting LightStream series with the new advanced PJD6352LS short-throw projector. Besides the exceptional audiovisual features from the LightStream series, the ViewSonic LightStream PJD6352LS networkable projector features 3200 lumens, native XGA 1024x768 resolution, and an intuitive, user-friendly design.

“Inspiration and creativity are the main forces leading the ViewSonic LightStream projectors forward with a new generation of innovative technology,” said Vincent Liou, PM Director for ViewSonic Asia Pacific. “The new PJD6352LS is easily identified by its stylish white chassis, majestic design, elegant curves, and light beam shape. Aside from delivering contemporary aesthetics, the PJD6352LS comes with extraordinary features such as easy wireless streaming, the exclusive SonicExpert technology, enhanced speaker chamber, horizontal and vertical keystone correction, and 4 corner adjustments. ViewSonic LightStream series feature a stylish design and exclusive audio-visual technologies that deliver excellent color and more brightness than ever in this class of projectors.”

The short throw lens with a 0.61 throw ratio enable ViewSonic LightStream PJD6352LS to project large images from short distances in small rooms with short throw distances. A screen size of 80-inch can be displayed from just one meter away. With the horizontal and vertical keystone correction feature and a corner adjustment feature that eliminates crooked and distorted images regardless of the location, the PJD6352LS is the ideal use for education and corporate environments.

When plugged in ViewSync WPG-300 Wireless Presentation Gateway Dongle, PortAll—a hidden compartment with an integrated MHL/HDMI port enables to discretely and wirelessly stream multimedia content from a mobile device to the projector. Designed with other smarter features like the proprietary SonicExpert sound enhancement technology powering a 10W speaker and an exclusive rear cable management cover to fix cable clutter, the LightStream PJD6352LS enriches for an exceptional projection experience.

Not only compromising on sound performance, ViewSonic have developed exclusive SonicExpert technology. Developments in chamber, transducer and amplifier performance deliver superior low frequency and speech clarity than most projectors. These projectors deliver 20Hz – 20KHz full-range sound with a 7 times higher efficiency on low frequency and 3 times higher efficiency on high frequency transmissions, when compared to same-class DLP products. The advanced PJD6352LS comes with ViewSonic’s SonicMode with 3 presets (Standard, Speech, and Entertainment) to deliver optimized audio performance for different applications. Precise detailed adjustments are made for playing clear high frequency sounds and strong middle-to-low frequencies. The users can therefore experience powerful resonance in rich audio as well as well as clean, clear and crisp sounds that exceed same level projectors within the industry.

From a solid knowledge of professional colour reproduction, ViewSonic delivers the best colour performance in the projector industry. For the brand new LightStream projector series, ViewSonic has teamed up with Texas Instruments, a global leader in semiconductors and lighting product manufacturing. Having TI’s outstanding research teams in the United States, Europe and Asia, and ViewSonic’s R&D team headquartered in Taiwan, this projector was built from a synergistic worldwide alliance.

ViewSonic projectors including the exclusive SuperColor technology are equipped with an innovative proprietary color wheel design and dynamic lamp control capabilities using an advanced digital image process to strengthen the wheel color and response speed. Additionally, ViewSonic has applied its expertise to a high quality color wheel coating, which resulted in an increase of 15% in light engine efficiency in order to best present brightness and color. Furthermore, ViewSonic LightStream projectors are also equipped with an exclusive gamma curve to optimally adjust the brightness and color projection to the environment’s lighting by enhancing 20% of color saturation. This means that optimal brightness and color reproduction can be accustomed for a wider variety of scenes which will provide a better viewing experience for users than from conventional DLP projectors.

To provide more convenience in wireless connectivity for business presentation purposes, boardrooms or classrooms, the PJD6352LS offers PortAll—a hidden compartment for a MHL-HDMI media streaming dongle, similar to ViewSonic’s own WPG-300, that enables content from tablets, smartphones, PCs, and laptops to wirelessly stream to the projector. It also offers a number of smart features including Quad split-screen functionality supporting up to four connected content sources to be simultaneously shown, Live Cam for casting live video streaming straight from a mobile device’s camera to the projection screen, Live Draw for writing or drawing on a mobile device while viewed at the same time on the projector or display, and Air View broadcast for better long distance viewing.

For increased security, the PJD6352LS includes a PIN lock feature that allows you to set a password to prevent unauthorized use and also a Kensington security lock slot that provides anti-theft protection. To cool down the projector lamp, ViewSonic has designed a special mechanical structure where the air can flow smoothly from one end of the projector to the other without any constriction. An advanced built-in thermal sensor and control design with a big-sized fan keeps the LightStream projector cool while intelligently adjusts the fan speed, reduces noise, and saves on energy consumption.
