Synthesio Named A Leader In Social Media Listening Platforms Report on APAC

Synthesio receives top scores in Current Offering and Strategy categories in first evaluation of Asia Pacific Enterprise Social Listening Platforms, Q1 2016

Synthesio, the leading global Social Media Intelligence and Listening platform was named a leader in The Forrester Wave: Asia Pacific Enterprise Social Listening Platforms, Q1 2016, the first Forrester Wave report about the APAC Enterprise Social Listening Platforms industry. Synthesio received the top scores in both the Current Offering and Strategy categories.

The report analyzed the seven providers that Forrester identified as the most significant in the APAC region, and based on Forrester’s extensive, 30-criteria evaluation, the report named Synthesio as a Leader, cited for their global data capabilities and functional dashboards.

According to the report, Synthesio was named a Leader “due to its superior global data coverage (600 million data sources across most of the world’s countries), automated analysis built from human coding, and functional dashboard.” Synthesio is recognized as a vendor that “focuses on metrics that gauge business results and on establishing an industry-standard Social Reputation Score to help social marketers communicate and track social data more elegantly.”

Synthesio also announced today that it is a Leader in The Forrester Wave: Enterprise Listening Platforms, Q1 2016 report. Synthesio was also a Leader in the last version of this report, The Forrester Wave: Enterprise Listening Platforms, Q1 2014 report.

For example, the report states that 40% of marketing decision-makers in China and India plan to expand or upgrade their implementation of listening platforms in 2016.
