Mitsubishi Skills Olympics showcased the best of customer service
Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) recently held its annual Mitsubishi Skills Olympics (MSO) at its Calamba City dealership - Best Southern Genesis Motors, Inc. Now on its 19th year the competition was fielded by more than a hundred Olympians coming from MMPC's dealerships nationwide.
Each year the competition gets tougher and more exciting as each dealership aims to be declared as the overall champion. Competitions in the MSO are categorized to showcase the best of vehicle sales, parts sales and after sales skills of the contestants. Much more, the goal is for each dealership to train their personnel holistically with providing the best customer service in mind. Thru the MSO, dealership front liners' skills are honed to win Mitsubishi's valued customers' satisfaction and loyalty. This is also an avenue in strengthening Mitsubishi Motors' spirit of passion and thus, building friendship and camaraderie among the Mitsubishi family. In addition, the winning service technician and service adviser will get a chance to represent the country in the Mitsubishi Motors Global Service Skills Contest in Tokyo, Japan.
After a day of an intense competition, CT Citimotors, Inc. was declared as the overall champion. CT Citimotors, Inc. garnered the highest points as it bested on most of the categories. MMPC executives headed by its President and CEO, Mr. Yoshiaki Kato congratulated CT Citimotors, Inc. and all the MMPC dealer Olympians for participating in the event and showcasing their best skills.
MMPC with the aim of developing and improving its dealership personnel skills will continue to foster activities that will truly help their front-liners, parts and service personnel gain the best skills that will deliver nothing but only customer satisfaction. The skills demonstrated by the participants did not end as the 19th MSO was concluded but it is a challenge to strive further not only for the title but for the true trophy which is winning the heart of every customer.
