These features are on top of its bills payment function that allows clients access to a wide range of billers and reminds them to settle payments before they fall due. PSBank Online, the Bank’s Internet banking platform, even allows clients to apply for a car loan online and provides small and medium enterprises cash management solutions with Business Online Buddy.
All these features have been designed by PSBank to be safe and secure. As an added layer of protection PSBank even introduced the ATM Lock, a breakthrough innovation in the Philippine market. It is a security tool accessed through PSBank Online and Mobile app, which allows clients to lock/unlock their ATM cards to protect them from unauthorized use of their ATM card. When ATM Lock is activated, an ATM card cannot be used for withdrawals or any online or POS purchases that require keying in of an ATM card number or PIN, allowing clients to have better control and to closely monitor their hard-earned funds.
