Starmobile MUSE: Specs, Price and Availability in the Philippines (Updated)
Starmobile has just announced on their Facebook page that the all new Starmobile MUSE, a 5-inch quad-core Android Jelly Bean smartphone with 18MP BSI rear camera and wide-angle 8MP front camera with LED flash perfect for group selfies (groupies) is finally available at selected stores and kiosks nationwide for only Php12,990 (SRP). First seen during Starmobile's Gold Rush event at The Peninsula Manila last month, the MUSE runs on the MT6589T quad core processor, clocked at 1.5GHz and has a Full HD (1920x1080) resolution display. It also has 16GB internal memory (no microSD support for external expansion), 1GB RAM and 2,300mAh non-removable battery. The Starmobile MUSE uses a regular SIM and another micro-SIM which has dual-standby mode and both SIM card slots support 3G connectivity.
The MUSE runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and supports Over-The-Air (OTA) software updates, a feature which allows users to update their phones to the latest version of Android via Wi-Fi and without the need for a PC. It also has Starmobile Sync which allows you to quickly transfer Contacts, Messages, Calendar, and other data from your old phone of any brand to the Diamond S2 via Bluetooth.
