ASUS Transformer Book Flip now available in the Philippines, price starts at Php26,995!
ASUS Philippines recently launched the Transformer Book Flip, a stylish and innovative Windows 8.1 laptop with a remarkable hinge design that enables the screen to be set at any angle between zero and 360 degrees. Flip comes in three variants with varying internals that start at Php26,995. More detais after the jump.
ASUS Transformer Book Flip features a bright and clear HD (1366x768) IPS touchscreen with a cleverly-engineered hinge that allows the user to rotate it freely up to 360 degrees from the fully-closed position. Four gears in the hinge provide a smooth, stepless movement, ensuring that the screen stays exactly where the user wants it while making it effortless to adjust.
From standard laptop mode, it’s easy to flip the screen instantly to suit whatever task the user wants to perform — whether it’s a media stand for watching a movie or viewing photos, a shared viewer for easy collaboration with friends, family or colleagues, or a tablet for playing the latest games. An automatic keyboard and touchpad lock is activated whenever Flip is used in non-laptop modes, so users won’t have problems with unwanted input.
The ASUS Transformer Book Flip TP300LA (i3) and TP550LD (i7) are available starting immediately, while the TP300LD (i5) will be out by mid-September. All three models are available in black and come with a free notebook bag upon purchase.
