Microsoft recently announced the Nokia 215 and Nokia 215 Dual-SIM, the company’s most ultra-affordable internet-ready mobile phone, aimed at giving first time mobile phone buyers their first access to web content and digital services.
The Nokia 215 comes with a 2.4-inch QVGA display, a 1100mAh battery, Bluetooth 3.0 support, an MP3 player, VGA camera, a built-in torchlight and pre-loaded Facebook, Messenger, Twitter, and Bing search apps.

Pricing and Availability
The Nokia 215 and Nokia 215 Dual SIM will be available in Bright Green, Black and White, and will roll out first in select markets in the Middle East , Africa , Asia and Europe in the first quarter of 2015 for $29 (around Php1,300) before taxes and subsidies.
