Xpal Power SpareOne: Phone that can run for 15 years on single AA battery

XPAL Power the company that makes Energizer and PowerSkin will unveiled at CES 2012 in Las Vegas the SpareOne phone, the only phone in the world that runs on a single AA battery and is designed to be used in emergencies, travel, special events and more. The SpareOne features a talk time of up to 10 hours and can keep its charge for up to 15 years.

SpareOne will be equipped with an Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA battery and a Micro SIM card, it will be available in the first quarter of 2012 for $49.99.
