HTC One X and One XL announced



HTC officially announced at MWC its flagship Superphone called the HTC One X. The One X features a  9.29mm thick unibody design using polycarbonate plastic and the phone is also covered in 3D Gorilla Glass on top of the 4.7-inch screen.

The HTC One X comes with a quad-core 1.5GHz Tegra 3 processor, 4.7-inch 720p HD (1280x720) Super LCD 2 display, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with Sense 4.0 on top, 1GB RAM, 32GB of internal storage, 25GB of free Dropbox storage for two years, HSPA+ 21Mbps, NFC, DLNA, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS w/ aGPS support, 3.5mm headphone jack, microUSB with MHL, Beats Audio, 8MP autofocus rear camera, 1.3MP front-facing camera and 1800mAh battery.


For the US market, HTC will be releasing an LTE version called the HTC One XL with a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor from Qualcomm instead of Nvidia's Tegra 3 quad-core processor, while the rest of the specs are the same.


The HTC One X and One XL will be globally available this April.
