Alcatel Mobile Philippines just announced that its newest flagship device, the Sapphire HD 995, will be available here in the Philippines next week for just Php13,999. The Alcatel One Touch Sapphire HD 995 comes with a single-core 1.4GHz processor, 4.3-inch WVGA IPS display and utilizes Alcatel’s one touch UI that implements a 3d carousel view of your home screens akin to the SPB 3D launcher.
