The LG Optimus L3 Dual (E405) and the Samsung Galaxy Y Duos (GT-S6102), both are among the budget-friendly (above Php6k) dual-SIM Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) smartphones in the market today and due to the arrival of the LG Optimus L3 Dual via LG Mobile Philippines "Rainy Season Sale!" here in the country a lot of people are asking which is better between the two? If you can see the LG Optimus L3 Dual (E405) edges the Samsung Galaxy Y Duos (GT-S6102) in terms of processor technology (Newer ARMv7), GPU (Can play Temple Run!), screen size (3.2-inch), RAM (384MB), internal storage (1GB), VGA video recording, the price (It's Php500 cheaper than the Galaxy Y Duos) and most importantly, bigger battery (1540mAh) and support for DLNA! The only difference between the Galaxy Y Duos compared to the Optimus L3 Dual is a higher pixel density (127ppi) and a faster HSDPA connection.
