The LG Optimus L3 Dual (E405) now in the country: Price, Specs and Availability in the Philippines

LG Mobile Philippines just announced via their "Rainy Season Sale!" that the new dual SIM Android smartphone called the LG Optimus L3 Dual (E405) is now officially available in the country and is expected to rival Samsung's own Galaxy Y Duos. The entry-level Optimus L3 Dual comes with a suggested retail price of just Php6,490 only. That's Php500 less than the price of the Samsung Galaxy Y Duos! What are the difference between the LG Optimus L3 (Single SIM) and the LG Optimus L3 Dual (Dual SIM)
Both the single-SIM (E400) and dual-SIM variant of the L3 (E405) have the same specs and looks, with the only exception being the home button of the single-SIM L3, which replaced by four capacitive keys in the dual-SIM L3. In addition to the three standard Android ones, the fourth one toggles the active SIM.
