Western Digital (WD) enhances Customer Service in the Philippines with New Service Center

Western Digital (WD) today announced the official opening of the service center in the Philippines to further strengthen distribution to end-user support and to provide speedy RMA service assistance. WD’s first service center in the country will cater to all customers of WD internal hard drives, external storage devices and home entertainment products.

Beginning August 1, 2012, customers will be able to bring their in-warranty drives to WD Service Center and receive their replacement drive immediately. If the required model is not available, WD Service Center representatives will contact customers for collection of their replacement drives once ready.

The Western Digital (WD) Philippines Service Center is located at 2111 Chino Roces avenue corner Urban Avenue, Makati City. Operating hours are as follows:

• Monday – 8AM to 5PM
• Tuesday to Friday – 8AM to 6PM
• Saturday – 8AM to 12PM
• Sundays and Holidays – Closed
