TATTOO recently announced that it is now offering fourth generation iPad with Wi-Fi + Cellular and the iPad mini with Wi-Fi + Cellular.  Tattoo is offering these new iPads with a range of attractive data plans that allow customers to connect to its fast 4G network at speeds of up to 7.2 Mbps.
