Good news to all lucky owners of KATA i1, Owtel Shop PH just announced on their Facebook page a FREE software upgrade for your phone that will be available this coming Tuesday (February 12, 2013). All you have to do is to bring your phone and the official proof of purchase (resibo) to the nearest Owtel Shop & Kata Kiosks and ask for the FREE software upgrade of your KATA i1! No requirements whatsoever Just don't forget to back up your phone's data, especially the important ones on a secure drive so you can easily put it back in after the update is done. Oh, and just an additional note.
