If you can see both the Starmobile Flirt and the Starmobile Crystal have the same processor, RAM, internal storage and both have GPU's that can play Angry Birds, Bad Piggies, Temple Run and is compatible with Adobe Flash, but the Starmobile Flirt edges the Starmobile Crystal with its 4.5-inch qHD display with Dragontrail glass for scratch & damage resistance, superior 12MP backside illumination (BSI) camera, 3MP BSI front camera, Android Jelly Bean OS and built-in access to Kristn/Zalora, while the Starmobile Crystal only edges the Starmobile Flirt with its cheaper price tag (Less P1,300).

Now, which phone wins the fight?

A back-illuminated sensor (BSI), is a type of digital image sensor that uses a novel arrangement of the imaging elements to increase the amount of light captured and thereby improve low-light performance. The technique was used for some time in specialized roles like low-light security cameras and astronomy sensors, but was complex to build and required further refinement to become widely used.

If you own one of this phone, please share some of your experiences and opinions about this phone, so that others may be aware of it. Thanks!

  1. Bought the Flirt earler this year for my wife. Even with the relatively low specs (512 MB RAM) it runs very fast and the camera does very good pictures.
