Starmobile has finally launched its newest Android ICS smartphone with mobile TV, 8MP camera and enhanced battery life called Starmobile Energy, while the Starmobile Astra is the first Android smartphone from Starmobile that features a mobile TV and a 1GHz dual-core processor.
