Lenovo boosts its retail presence by opening more Lenovo Exclusive Stores (LES)

Lenovo Philippines recently announced that it has boosted its retail presence by opening three new Lenovo Exclusive Stores (LES) in Glorietta, Makati; SM City Baguio; and SM Sta. Rosa, since the start of the year. The expansion aims to provide customers with greater access to Lenovo’s Idea line and select Think products, as well as the necessary repair and maintenance support, to enhance the overall user experience.

“We consider the consumer segment as a significant growth driver of our total PC business. The Philippines remains a huge market to tap into for PC growth, with PC penetration in the country at less than 10%. Opening our LES in key malls situated in commercial centers allows us to reach and empower more individuals – students, professionals, and artists alike-by making our products more accessible & visible, and in turn, help them in their purchase decisions. Through our retail expansion, we aim to provide individuals with ‘Do Machines’ to actualize their visions,” said Vicky Agorrilla, Lenovo Philippines’ Country General Manager.

“All three LES will also offer select Think products, in line with Lenovo’s active commitment in supporting small-medium businesses’ (SMBs) continued expansion.”

The Glorietta LES, located at the 3rd level of Glorietta 2 in Makati City, is operated by Datacore, a reputable distributor of computer products. Unicom, a recognized computer store in Baguio City, is managing the LES located at the 3rd level of SM City Baguio.Authorized Lenovo service provider Gigahertz is providing technical support in the LES located at Cyberzone SM Sta. Rosa, Old National Highway, Brgy. Tagapo, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna. Aside from the SM Sta. Rosa LES, Gigahertz is also managing the SM Pampanga LES and SM North EDSA LES.

To date, there are 19 LES situated in strategic locations nationwide, including SM Mall of Asia, SM Megamall, Festival Mall, and Glorietta. Lenovo Philippines will continue to open more LES in key cities to serve the IT requirements of SMBs and consumers in a period marked by anticipated growth.
