This affordable smartphone is already available since last month, but in case you missed it, the CloudFone Excite 402D is the newest entry-level dual SIM smartphone from CloudFone and is poised to take on the highly successful Cherry Mobile Flare! For Php3,999 (SRP), the Excite 402D also has the same specifications with that of the Flare.
