Smart Infinity unveils pioneering lifestyle app
Subscribers of Smart Infinity, the premium postpaid brand of wireless services leader Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) can now enjoy another innovation designed to give them an even better mobile experience with the launched of ‘Smart Infinity Lifestyle’ mobile application, a first-of-its-kind app designed to provide Smart Infinity subscribers a convenient, one-touch access to all the premium services available to them.
“Smart Infinity has a proven track record of providing the most delightful mobile experience to subscribers through a host of carefully-designed, world-class services. Now, the Smart Infinity Lifestyle app takes those services, and places all of them in a single app for our subscribers’ convenience,” said Julie Carceller, department head of the Infinity Business Group.
Through the Smart Infinity Lifestyle app, a subscriber may place calls or send messages to his or her Infinity Management Officer for account-related concerns. Subscribers may also contact, through the app, the Smart Infinity Worldwide Concierge, to cater to their lifestyle needs both here and abroad.
The app also provides access to the dedicated Smart Infinity Hotline, for 24/7 account service and information. They may do all these solely through the app, without having to go through their phonebook or contact list.
Other app features include access to My.Infinity, which provides subscribers with real-time snapshots of account details, such as latest Statements of Account, at any time.
The app also contains roaming rates that may be viewed or searched by country; the list of Smart Stores that offer VIP services exclusively available to Smart Infinity subscribers; and one-touch access to the latest multimedia services available from Smart, including music (through Spinnr) and movies (through Clickplay).
Ready for free download for iOS users from the Apple App Store and for Android users from the Google Play Store, the app is exclusively available to Smart Infinity subscribers and may only be activated with a Smart Infinity mobile number.
