Torque recently unveiled on their Facebook page the DTV15 Slim, a 2.4-inch TV phone made sexy. For only Php1,099 (SRP), the phone packs a dual-SIM capability, multimedia player, Bluetooth, wireless FM radio, expandable storage up to 32GB and 1.3MP camera.
