Calling all aspiring male and female singers! The search is on for the first KATA Singing Idol!
Calling all aspiring male and female singers! KATA is having a singing contest entitled “Kata Signing Idol” and will get a chance to win a KATA i3 as the grand prize or one of two KATA Venus 3 as consolation prizes. Here's the promo mechanics after the jump.
- The contest is open to all Filipino male and female at least fifteen (15) years of age.
- Interested participants must send a demo video (minimum of 3 minutes) from February 25, 2014- March 15, 2014 via Facebook or link from YouTube on Kata Digital's Facebook wall.
- Top 3 will be selected for pre-screening from all the qualified entries on March 17, 2014. Their entries will be uploaded on KATA Digital’s Facebook fan page to gather LIKES. They will be performing on Kata's re-launching event at SM City North Edsa on April 5, 2014 and will be judged.
- Criteria for judging are as follows:
- Vocal Quality -20%
- Stage Presence- 20%
- Audience Impact -20%
- Totality – 20%
- FB Likes- 20%
- Grand prize winner will get a (1) KATA i3 and consolation prizes are (2) KATA Venus 3.
