Kyocera launches TASKalfa 1800 and 2200 series printers in the Philippines
In partnership with its official Philippine distributor Philcopy Corporation, Kyocera recently launched two new series of Multi-function printers that extends the company’s flagship range TASKalfa. Additions to the line-up are the TASKalfa 1800 and 2200 series that provides the functionality and performance that are perfect for small to medium enterprise.
Both the TASKalfa 1800 and 2200 series have the copy, print and color scan functionality. The color scanning function is paired with a software feature that allows users to easily capture, organize and digitize documents. When it comes to the print speed, the TASKalfa 1800 can print up to 18 pages per minute while the TASKalfa 2200 series speed is up to 22 pages per minute.
The new Kyocera printers are also designed to cope with the demanding document-processing needs of any workplace. It boasts an Ecosys super long life drum that can last up to 150,000 pages. Office workflow will be also free from hassle with its user-friendly feature sets. Both of the new printer series also uses a high-capacity regular cartridge that can yield up to 15,000 pages – maximizing uptime and eco-friendliness.
The new Kyocera printers are also incorporated with a simple productivity feature called ID Card Copy. This allows users to copy both sides of the source document into a single side of paper in one simple action. This can be easily managed as well with the hard key control panel.
Privacy and security are a must when it comes to business. This is not a problem with the new TASKalfa 1800 and 2200 series. They can keep the confidentiality of documents with the Printbox function that is similar to Private Print. With this feature, users can print confidential documents on a shared device by temporarily storing the document on his PC then printing it by simply pressing the “Printbox” button on the device.
All the new TASKalfa printers are compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux. Under the series are the more advanced TASKalfa 1801 and 2201 models that have further enhancement options like FAX and Network expandability.
