Xiaomi to launch Mi 3 in the Philippines: Price and availability revealed!
Xiaomi Philippines has just announced that the flagship Mi 3 will go on sale starting next week for Php10,599. It will be an online sale only at Lazada Philippines starting 12 noon on June 26, stocks are limited though as only 3,000 sets of the Xiaomi Mi 3 16GB variant will be available for purchase. Mi 3 is Xiaomi's highest performing smartphone, consistently ranked at the top of industry benchmarks since its first launch. Its Android-based platform called MIUI, is a live operating system constantly improving with weekly software updates. MIUI is incredibly intuitive while at the same time offers power users a high degree of customization.
“We're excited to launch Mi 3 in the Philippines, our third market in Southeast Asia after Singapore and Malaysia,” said Hugo Barra, VP of Xiaomi Global.
The Xiaomi Mi3 comes with a 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor featuring Qualcomm's Krait 400 architecture, an Adreno 330 graphics processor, 2GB LPDDR3 RAM and 16GB eMMC 4.5 high standard flash memory.
Mi3's 5-inch Full HD (1920x1080) In-plane switching (IPS) display with 441 ppi delivers superfine text and crisp photos. You can also use the touch screen without taking off your gloves and there's a full-screen anti-glare coating that keeps content readable wherever you go.
On the camera side the device is equipped with a 13MP rear camera with a Sony Exmor sensor, an F2.2 aperture and a wide angle 28mm, all complemented by a Philip's dual LED flash.
