OPPO Stores and Service Centers

To safely and responsibly serve OPPO customers, a series of proactive in-store precautionary measures are being observed within all OPPO branches nationwide, even prior to the implementation of ECQ. This includes temperature scanning of all employees and shoppers, mandatory wearing of face masks, a minimum of 6-feet social distancing, a thorough disinfection of the stores at least two times a day using hospital-grade cleaning tools, including but not limited to the in-store furniture pieces but as well as the demo smartphones, and an abundant supply of hand sanitizers or rubbing alcohol stationed within the stores. All customers and employees will be constantly reminded to practice hygienic measures, and follow the protocols recommended by the healthcare authorities. Moreover, a one-time in-store complimentary phone sanitization will be offered in all stores to disinfect customers’ devices.

“Customers’ safety is the top-most priority of OPPO as we resume the stores and service centers operations this month. We understand the needs of our Filipino customers, and we are doing our best to smartly and safely cater to these demands despite the limited movements and resources available. While observing lockdown protocols, we have also strengthened our online channels to make our products more accessible to those who prefer to purchase OPPO smartphones from their homes. Terms and warranties were also modified to address the concerns of our users during these trying times,” shared OPPO Philippines Vice President for National Sales Zen Han.
