Jollibee one of the best fast-food chains in the world!

Jollibee

Jollibee, an American-style fast-food restaurant with Filipino-influenced dishes specializing in burgers, spaghetti, chicken and some local Filipino dishes was named among the “Best Fast-Food Chains in the World” by international online travel magazine Travel+Leisure in its May 2012 issue. More details after the jump.

"Fast food gets a Filipino twist at this quick-serve chain, which is so beloved that its mascots star in their own children’s television show. There are more than 700 locations across the country, serving everything from fried chicken and hamburgers to local favorites like palabok, rice noodles with meat sauce, shrimp, and hard-boiled egg." the online magazine said as it described Jollibee.

Travel+Leisure also recommended to its readers that the food to order in Jollibee is Spicy Chickenjoy, a fried chicken coated with chili powder.

  2. Ireland was not included on the list of "Best Fast-Food Chains Around the World" by Travel+Leisure in its May 2012 issue. Maybe, the gravy in California is made for the US market, that's why it taste different with the gravy that is found here.
