While the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 (WiFi), the successor of Samsung first Android tablet, the Galaxy Tab edges the Google's Nexus 7 with its bigger internal storage (16GB), microSD support (up to 64GB), a 3.2 mega-pixel auto-focus camera and its price (It's Php510 cheaper than the Nexus 7). The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 also comes with infrared and USB On-the-go support!

- Widget City is now selling the 16GB variant of the Nexus 7 for a price of just Php15,750 only.

Note:
- The Google Nexus 7 (8GB variant) is now being sold by Widget City, one of the trusted online gadget stores in the country for a price of just Php12,750 only. VillMan Computers is also selling the 16GB variant of the Nexus 7 for a priced of Php17,999.
- The Nexus 7 is not a GSM device, it will not work on any GSM network worldwide.
- The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 comes in two models, the WiFi-only and the WiFi+3G. For this specs fight, we’re going to take a look at the WiFi-only model which retails for Php12,990, while the WiFi+3G cost Php16,990.
- The WiFi+3G variant of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 also have the same specs with Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 (WiFi) except for its quad-band (GPRS/EDGE) and tri-band HSPA connectivity.
