Globe Telecom the only Philippine telco to carry the LTE version of the newest BlackBerry smartphone!



Globe Telecom scooped exclusivity on the BlackBerry Z10 LTE, making it the only Philippine telco to carry the LTE version of the newest BlackBerry smartphone. The BlackBerry Z10 LTE is available from Globe under its suite of fully-customizable and unlimited surfing plans that allows subscribers to surf using the Globe LTE network and experience blazing mobile internet speeds of up to 42 Mbps without having to upgrade plans or pay extra fees.

Subscribers can get the BlackBerry Z10 LTE for as low as P1999 monthly at Globe Unli Surf Plan 1799 with P200 monthly cashout over a 24-month contract. With Globe Unli Surf Plan 1799, subscribers get unlimited and worry-free mobile surfing, P800 monthly consumable amount for calls and texts, and three (3) call and text freebies. The device is also available at Globe Unli Surf Plan 1799 without a monthly cashout over a 30-month contract.

Using the BlackBerry Z10 LTE, Globe subscribers get to experience a much improved and faster BlackBerry browser, as well as more seamless access with the new BlackBerry World.

As of March 2013, the Globe LTE network has quickly expanded to cover more areas nationwide. Aside from Makati, Globe LTE coverage is now available in select areas in Manila, Pasig, Quezon City, Taguig, Muntinlupa, Mandaluyong, Cebu City, Davao City, and Boracay in Malay, Aklan.

To ensure greater and more stable coverage, the Globe LTE rollout focuses on large, contiguous areas, instead of sporadic distribution in the form of pocket activations or hotspots.

LTE is a standard for wireless communication of high-speed data for mobile phones and other data devices such as tablets and USB modems.
