It uses a 1.2GHz quad-core A7 processor and runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean which is optimized for mobile communications. With 8.5mm thickness, 1024x786 IPS screen, dual 3G SIMs in dual standby mode, 5MP with Auto Focus & Flash primary and 2MP front cameras and aluminum casing, it has specifications comparable to most high end tablets in the market.

Supporting 3G Video & Voice Calling, optimized browsing & entertainment experiences using soft touch IPS panel and advanced features such as MIRACAST, this device stands at par or even better than some of the devices that are priced more than 2X compared to ZN 8P’s offered price. Also, ZN 8P uses a 5,000mAH and with the Power Management Module’s support, this device intelligently uses the power and can run for a long time for its size. Firmware based optimizations done on the device by Evoluzn makes the device very responsive to touch and 1GB RAM makes it well optimized for multi-tasking. Amazingly, this device scores very high on Quadrant Tests even compared to the most popular brands. Evoluzn’s Design team explained that they did not see 1280x800 resolution screen as a necessity for < 8” Screen size and to get the best possible viewing experience and yet keeping the product in value segment in terms of price, they have selected a 1024x768 IPS screen. Response time and multi-tasking were optimized thoroughly to offer best in class tablet PC experience.

As a part on first time market entry during Christmas season, Evoluzn is also giving out a sporty neckband type headsets with Bluetooth 3.0 + EDR for the first few customers of ZN 8P as a part of brand promotion.
