Cherry Mobile recently announced a new Android smartphone with TV function called the Cherry Mobile Pebble. For only Php2,299 (SRP), the Pebble packs a 1GHz dual-core processor with 3.5-inch IPS display, 2MP rear camera paired with an VGA front camera, WiFi and HSPA+ connectivity.
