Billease Payments Now Available on MobileAP

AboitizPower has expanded the capabilities of its MobileAP platform with the introduction of Billease via QR Ph, offering customers across five major distribution utilities a more flexible and consumer-friendly way to settle their electricity bills.

The MobileAP app now supports Billease payments for customers served by:

• Visayan Electric – covering Cebu City, Mandaue City, Talisay City, and the municipalities of Consolacion, Liloan, San Fernando, Minglanilla, and Naga in Cebu
• Davao Light – serving Davao City, Panabo City, and parts of Davao del Norte
• Cotabato Light – covering Cotabato City and portions of Sultan Kudarat and Maguindanao del Norte
• Subic EnerZone – serving SBFZ (Subic Bay Freeport Zone), Olongapo City, and nearby areas
• Lima EnerZone – providing power to the LIMA Estate in Lipa and Malvar, Batangas

This integration marks a significant milestone in digital payments for utility services in key regional markets. For Billease, the rollout marks its most extensive utility partnership to date.

A New Way to Pay: Seamless, Flexible, and Interest-Free

With Billease now part of MobileAP’s payment flow, customers can:

• Settle electricity bills with 0% interest until their next declared payday or 
• Convert their balances into installments of up to six months. 

This is a first among traditional electric utilities operating across these regions.

This feature is powered by the QR Ph national standard, ensuring secure, fast, and interoperable QR-based payments nationwide.

1. Download or open the MobileAP app
2. Select Billease as the payment method
3. A QR Ph code is instantly generated
4. Upload or scan this QR code inside the Billease app
5. Choose to pay on payday at 0% interest or convert to installments
